1. Acceptance

By accessing securepitome.com or engaging SecurEpitome Pvt Ltd ("SecurEpitome") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

SecurEpitome provides cybersecurity consulting services including but not limited to penetration testing, vulnerability management, virtual CISO services, SOC design, and security architecture consulting. All engagements require a signed Statement of Work (SOW) and Rules of Engagement (RoE) prior to commencement.

3. Authorized Use

All security testing services are performed exclusively on systems for which the client has explicit written authorization. SecurEpitome does not perform unauthorized testing under any circumstances. Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions before engaging our services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on securepitome.com, including the CATALYST Framework, methodologies, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SecurEpitome Pvt Ltd. Engagement deliverables (reports, documents) become the property of the client upon full payment.

5. Confidentiality

SecurEpitome treats all client information, findings, and engagement details as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

SecurEpitome's liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Security assessments represent a point-in-time evaluation and do not guarantee the absence of all vulnerabilities.

7. Website Use

You may not use securepitome.com for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the website. Automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting beyond standard search engine indexing is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
